1. General Information
Q: What is the age requirement to attend shows?
A: Most shows are 18+ or 21+, depending on the event. Please check the specific show listing for age requirements. Valid ID is required at entry.

Q: Is there parking available?A: Regions Tower Parking Garage is right across from Crackers Comedy Club’s front door on Delaware.
Q: What are your operating hours?
A: OFFICE HOURS:
Tuesday and Wednesday 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Thursday 12:00pm - 9:15pm
Friday & Saturday 3:00pm - 10:15pm
Q: Are the shows family-friendly?
A: Some shows contain adult content. We recommend checking the show description or contacting us for guidance on specific performances.
2. Ticketing and Reservations
Q: How do I buy tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased online via our website or at the box office (subject to availability).
Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
A: Yes, but we recommend purchasing tickets in advance as shows often sell out.
Q: Do you offer group discounts or private event bookings?
A: Absolutely! You can rent out an entire show that we already have booked, have your company’s party or gathering here, or rent out the room for just about any other reason.
Q: What is the refund or cancellation policy?
A: Tickets are non-refundable, but they may be exchanged for a different show if requested at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).
3. Seating and Venue Policies
Q: Is seating assigned?
A: Seating is typically first-come, first-served. VIP or reserved seating is available for select shows. Arrive early for the best seats!
Q: What if I arrive late?
A: Late arrivals may be seated at the discretion of the staff to avoid disrupting the show.
Q: Do you have a dress code?
A: We do not have a set dress code but, please bare in mind that we are a performance venue. Please do not wear anything that will block the view of other patrons. Also, as a comedy club, we take no responsibility if a comedian makes fun of your outfit!
Q: Is smoking allowed in the club?
A: This is a non-smoking club.
Q: Am I allowed to film during the shows?
A: Video/audio recording is prohibited during the shows unless authorization is given by management.
Q: Am I allowed to talk during the shows?
A: This is a Live Show with a Live Audience. We want everyone to have a good time. Sometimes we have to ask people to hold the table talk to a minimum. We understand that guest don’t realize that it can get a little loud and your neighbors are bothered by it and cannot hear the show. Remember, if you miss a few words you might miss the punchline. Usually a simple reminder is enough.
Unfortunately, if we go to your table more than two times you will be asked to leave. We look out for ALL our guest!
4. Food and Drinks
Q: Do you serve food and drinks?
A: We serve drinks and there is a two drink minimum. We have a full service bar and servers.
We do not currently serve food. However, we have an array of wonderful restaurants you may order from including Indian Garden (below us on the first floor), St. Elmos, Bazbeaux Pizza, Salt on Mass Ave, etc. You may also bring a picnic from home...whatever your budget is. Outside food is permitted.
Q: Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
A: All reputable comedy venues have a minimum purchase policy. In order to ensure our ability to bring the best comedians in the country to Indianapolis, we ask that you respect our two drink minimum policy. We have many options to chose from. It doesn’t have to be alcohol!
This can include any combination of many different drink choices.
A charge equal to the two least expensive drinks on the menu will be added to your bill if you are unable to find a combination of two drinks
All parties of 6 or more will be charged 20% gratuity on one check (checks cannot be separated for large parties). This policy is to insure expedited checkout at the end of the show.
Q: Can I bring outside food or drinks?
A: Outside food is encouraged. Outside drinks are not allowed as there is a two-drink minimum at the club (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
5. Special Accommodations
Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, our club is wheelchair accessible. Please notify us in advance for specific accommodations or seating requests.
Q: Do you offer any accessibility services?
A: Please contact us ahead of time if you need services like ASL interpretation, and we will do our best to accommodate.
