    Date night? What is that?
Having just had a baby my boyfriend and I rarely get a chance to do much together other than late night feedings and seeing each other at baby hand offs between jobs. I would love to have a chance to take him out for a night of fun!

Also, we are both gingers, which as you know are becoming extinct! lol

I think this contest is such a great idea! I would love to win because i have been with my b/f going on 8 yrs at the end of this month. The past 2 months have been really tough and it would be nice to have something to look forward to. Between having my car totalled over a month ago and still dealing with my insurance it has been really racking up the bills. To add salt to injury I have had to deal with my mom’s hospitalization a few days ago and I don’t know what I would do without Nick. He has such a passion for comedy that I thought this would be a great way to say happy anniversary and to thank him for being the rock that he is. Thanks for considering me and please don’t judge me based on my grammer it’s not exactly my strongest attribute. :)

My birthday is Aug 5th!! It would be a great bday gift for me and I’ve loved Rich Hardesty since he played at Purdue over 10 years ago!!!

My husband and I would love to win this! We have a 4yr old with Down syndrome and our daughter is 1 1/2 yrs old. My husband will be starting school again in August to get his RN, so we won’t be able to get out until next May when he graduates. I love my family to death, but we could use some time out for ourselves! Thank you!

Date Night? What is that? Doesn’t that require money? Between work, a teenager and a finance I do not have time nor any extra money for a date night.
I honestly don’t recall the last time we’ve been on a date. My fiance has taken a part time time after his full time job just to make ends meet and with that, he works most weekends.
Crackers Comedy Club is awesome. i was there last Fall for a show. Good luck to the winner.

Why do I think I should win this date night? Because I actually read all the way to the bottom of the email and saw the link to enter. Bonus points for attention to detail and increasing the click thru rate, am I right? :)

Why I really want to win this date night is because we have never visited Crackers in Broad Ripple, nor have we eaten at Naked Chopsticks or saw live music at the Vogue. So we’d love to experience a night in Broad Ripple with good food, good laughs and good music.

We’ve only been to Crackers Downtown and can’t even remember what happened at the show, because the comic turned his attention to two drunk slob kabobs who ended getting themselves and their significant others kicked out. Needless to say, I’d love to actually get to enjoy the show this time around!

I’ve been trying to find some way to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary with the most amazing woman I know….We’ve known each other since 7th grade and we’re high school sweethearts. Winning this contest would go far in telling her thank you for 2 kids….3 grandsons and many memories that I hope continues for another 30 years

My husband and I have been to several shows at both locations .. And really enjoy a night of laughter.. And with this date night being the weekend before our 11 year anniversary it would be awesome.. We just had a newborn a week ago and really need a night out!

Date night…Hmm.I haven’t been on an actual date in ages- so what qualifies as a date? I’d really like to treat my best friend to a nice stress free night because she has been here for me through my tough times. She always does simple things to make me smile & I’d love to repay her.Simply put, but I’m just being honest.

I know there are a lot of people that probably deserve to win more. But I thought I would reply also, maybe I will win in the future.
August the 6th is mine and my husband’s 10th wedding anniversary. We love Crackers and got to see Carlos Mencia the last time he came -- and I thought since it was on the end of the reminder about him it must be a sign.
Also, many of the times before we’ve come to a show we’ve eaten at Naked Tschopstix -- they have some of the best Korean and Asian Fusion that we’ve had in Indiana! I don’t recall if we’ve gotten to go to Vogue, but it would certainly be a fun way to wrap up an all inclusive evening.
Either way I am still going to have a great wedding anniversary; even if we celebrate it early by seeing Carlos Mencia this weekend (which we have reservations to go see) or we end up winning a date night on our actual anniversary.
Best of Luck to whomever -- I read all the entries and think that each couple deserves a date night as much as the others!

The last time we went out? Well… it’s no Cinderella story. It was a Monday night, and we were both in our sweatpants watching reruns of Futurama. I was more than content, but I couldn’t help but notice a certain unrest and perturbation in my lover’s eyes. At that moment She erupted with a decisive “let’s go get a bottle of cheap whisky!” With this sudden sense of detecting a relationship in need of sprucing up, I instantly agreed.

After noticing a rather large mustard stain on my musty off white t-shirt, I suggested “we should change, so we don’t look like homeless alcoholics.” We don’t go out often, so I wanted to make this special.

After a 5 second wave of self realization Sonja obliged, so we started getting ready. During this hasty 15 minute rigging we reveled in the moment, as if we were running late for a Broadway show! We both smiled and laughed, while playfully fighting over the last clean towel. Being the gentleman that I am, I let her win first dibs on the rag.

When we got to the liquor store, an actual homeless man asked us for money. Feeling like a big shot, I gave him Two dollars. Once inside, Sonja went straight to her drink of choice. When she bent over to pick up a fifth off the bottom shelf, I couldn’t help but notice how beautiful she looked in jeans and a button up blouse.

Once back home, we sat at the dinner table and had a couple drinks each. That night we had the best sex I can remember. From this experience, I’ve learned that breaking away from the usual routine now and again can have a wonderfully positive effect on our relationship. I’d love to do something special for her again in the near future. We’re a young couple, 23 and 25, and have been living together (a huge first experience for the both of us). Please pick us for this wonderful date night!

    Sincerely yours,

    Borris and Sonja. Forever.
